Nick, RADT
Behavioral Health Technician

Nick is a Behavioral Health Technician and Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician (RADT) with approximately three years of experience supporting individuals throughout their recovery journeys. He is an experienced in-person and online group facilitator who focuses on helping clients understand their responses to challenging events, replace unhealthy behaviors with healthier ones, and explore different outlets for managing emotions and difficult circumstances.

Nick draws from his own lived experience with substance use and mental health challenges to connect with clients with empathy, authenticity, and understanding. He believes that building genuine relationships helps create a safe and engaging environment where clients feel comfortable participating, being honest, and working through challenges.

In addition to his work as a Behavioral Health Technician and group facilitator, Nick supports case management when clients need additional assistance. He is currently pursuing his education to become a Substance Use Disorder Counselor and is passionate about helping individuals build healthier and more fulfilling lives in recovery.
