Natalie Martin, MA, LMFT
Co-Founder & Clinical Director

Natalie Martin is the Clinical Director at Woodland Hills Recovery, bringing over 13 years of dedicated experience in the field of mental health and addiction. She earned both her undergraduate and Master’s degrees from Antioch University and has been practicing as a licensed therapist for the past six years. Natalie’s passion for helping others is deeply rooted in personal experience. Having witnessed the profound impact of mental health struggles and substance abuse within her own family, she offers a unique and empathetic perspective to her clinical work. This lived experience, combined with her academic training and professional background, forms the foundation of her compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy. At the heart of Natalie’s therapeutic philosophy is a commitment to meeting clients where they are—with empathy, without judgment, and with a deep respect for each individual’s journey. She believes in guiding clients through a transformative process of self-discovery, helping them move from unconscious patterns to conscious awareness. Natalie understands that many of our behaviors are habitual and often rooted in unresolved emotional experiences. These patterns can lead to maladaptive coping mechanisms, such as addiction and mental health issues. Through therapy, clients gain insight into how they operate, allowing them to develop healthier coping strategies and work toward sustained sobriety. Natalie’s leadership at Woodland Hills Recovery reflects her unwavering dedication to creating a supportive and effective treatment environment. She is committed to helping clients rediscover their inner strength, realize their potential, and build meaningful, fulfilling lives.
