Lupita, RADT
Behavioral Health Technician

Lupita is a Behavioral Health Technician and Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician (RADT) with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCLA and nearly two years of experience in substance use and mental health treatment. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting individuals throughout their recovery and healing journeys.

Lupita is passionate about creating a warm, compassionate, and supportive environment where every individual feels seen, valued, and respected. She has experience with intake assessments and facilitating groups focused on expressive arts, mindfulness, and healthy coping skills. Her approach is trauma-informed and grounded in empathy, mutual respect, and understanding.

Outside of work, Lupita enjoys art, meditation, and spending time in nature. She believes healing begins with feeling safe and supported and is passionate about helping individuals recognize their strengths and build meaningful paths toward wellness.
